Share aid data online

with IATI studio

IATI Studio is a web application created for the International Development Aid Community. It provides a set of tools enabling organisations to visualise, analyse and publish IATI project activities and share your aid projects online.

IATI Studio is designed, developed and maintained by Zimmerman & Zimmerman a data visualisation company based in Amsterdam, The Netherlands. They created IATI Studio because there is a lack of tools that offer easy IATI data publication, reporting, visualisation and analytics for donors and organisations working in the international aid development sector.

The aim is to support the international aid community by offering a free open data visualisation toolkit that makes it easier for donors, aid organisations, journalists and civil society to see how and where aid money is being spend.

Based on years of experience in developing Open Data and Aid Transparency IATI web-portals for the international aid sector for clients such as UN-Habitat, UNESCO, The Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs and DFID they decided to build IATI Studio.

With a partner in the non-profit sector, Oxfam Novib, we aim to get as much user-feedback on the daily and practical use of IATI Studio as we can. By gathering user information from the sector we hope to design a practical tool that is easy and fun to use.

Interested in becoming a partner or providing IATI Studio with user feedback please contact us.

All the open data in IATI Studio is being extracted from OIPA, the IATI data-engine. Every IATI activity published to the IATI registry can be found in OIPA.
